Cultivated in the far north of Taiwan, comes this semi fermented tea from Formosa, the process produces a sparkly amber liquor having a rich smooth taste with no tannin, notably a peachy flavour. Known as 'liquid sunshine' and 'the philosopher's drink'. Only a small quantity should be brewed for at least five minutes to produce the best flavour.
For this exceptional tea, the white-tipped leaves are picked during the spring. Beautiful whole leaf, delicate flavour and exquisite aroma.
Drink without milk. Save for very special occassions.
