Made with a blend of Hyson green tea and China black or Pouchong. It is scented with white jasmine flowers. The blossoms are scattered on beds of hot, just-fired tea leaves. When the buds are removed, the scent remains. Sometimes, in finer blends, the blossoms are retained with the tea.
