Grown in Purosa in the Eastern Highlands of PNG on a small estate dedicated to organic coffee. This 'A' Grade coffee bean produces a winey flavour, slight acidity, with a floral bouquet and a lot of body.

We roast medium and full medium roasts to expand and develop the taste for a broader clientele.

This product carries the certificate of authenticity from the Soil Association of Australia. ref no S-160-NA2765AN.
