Connoisseur is a blend of Santos,
Colombian and Costa Rican coffees, roasted to a full medium colour.
The brew produces a full flavour with nutty undertones.
To the Connoisseur is added a medium roast Mocha which has a heavy winey
flavour, and is very full bodied. The result is a rich heavy brew with
lots of flavour, but not bitter.
